Notes about Insurance/Payment/Cancelation

​It is imprtant to note that Equine Assited Empower ment is not a currently covered service under health insurance benefits. Therefore sessions cannot be billed to insurance,  and cannot be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.

We accept personal and business checks, cash and all major credit cards. All fees are due at the time of the session unless prior arrangements have been made.

The time scheduled for your session is assigned to you. If you need to cancel, change number of partcipants, or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. If you miss the session with less than a 24-hour notice, you will be charged a $100 fee.
